Innovation

In today’s educational system or environment students don’t understand the importance of innovative  & creative educational practices. While the Indian students follow traditional methods, their foreigner counter parts are following better & more advance form of learning. Needless to say that’s why they are ahead of us in terms of adaptability & innovation.  As they can for see the near future to come & understand the market. As there is a phrase :
“ There are only two kinds of failures one who thought but never did anything & the other who did but never thought.”
I firmly believe that Indian students have a lot a potential, enthusiasm & zeal to grow but all of these go unutilized if you become a follower instead of becoming a LEADER. Now days there are few institutions in India who are following new & current methods of learning. And this methods are giving a real time strong output. As students passing out from those institutes are more groomed & knowledgeable about industries, there culture & expectation of firm & industry from them. There are very good examples related to it but I leave it up to you to find it out & take inspiration
There are many constraints for things to improve but don’t be a follower be the one who is followed. Try to come out with innovative & creative ideas that help your growth & your friends, your batch mates etc. Improve your surroundings for realizing this aspect of life, work towards it & find mediums to express it & work up on it. As few things are up to one self you need to work upon it, by yourself. But yes there are few definite guidelines for it as for this you must be able to think freely without boundations. One need to be able to realize it, & express it.
For this to happen you just need to give few minutes of your life everyday to yourself from your hectic schedule. And relax yourself that time stop thinking about any other worries you have think about yourself, your likes, your dislikes, wonder yourself wherever & whatever way you want.
With expressing thought on innovation I would like to conclude let yourself be free in your thinking if not in your work in your daily activities but think about something different everyday , I’m sure you’ll feel a great joy with it just as a kid.

Importance Of Class Room Presentations

Hi everyone I'm back with another topic of great interest class room presentations.
Whenever a teacher asks students to give any kind of presentations in the class ,first impression is how we are going to do it, but forgetting that we should not be the part of the problem but the part of solution to the problem. And above all when the presentations are made the way the we deliver it spoils the whole idea behind having presentations. It is to make you know more about the subject, make you face the crowd, get use to questions & criticism.
But instead of it we take it as it is big crime or a burden on ourselves that someone asked a question from our presentations. I have personally seen students asking fellow students not to ask an questions. Its time we realize that all this is going to help us , improve as a better individual in terms of confidence, public interaction, handling queries & many other things, and above all it makes you more professional.

While delivering our presentations we need to keep our body language to the best, it should be professional, ethical & should communicate a confident  outlook about your personality.
